hello, plz sombody help me , today i was trying to update my phone software of sony erricsson w880i .but after the half procedure there was a messege to reconnect the data cable so i disconnected my phone but after that my phone switched off completely and not responding anymore.please sombody reply me fast.i m waiting plz its urgent.

Use other software, example Omnius to see you can identify the phone. This operecacion identification is free, if the software is able to identify the phone, you can recover it using the sony ericsson official software of or some other payment software.

yes , omnius has identified my phone but what should i do now the problem still persist.

Omnius is not free so you have to buy license but i don't suggest you to do that as all other tools failed so i am shure it is hardware problem.Take the phone to some repair shop.
