W810i LCD repair problems

Sorry it's taken so long to reply, I just got the chance to fire it up and try again. I've obviously made XS++ rather unhappy as it's failed twice while trying to flash the file system.


The part that's still a bit confusing is what files to use where. **Edit** I found some files with MAIN in the name but don't have a screencap of it yet.
1) Main: W810_R4EA031_MAIN_CINGULAR_HN_RED49.mbn
2) File System: W810_R4EA031_FS_CINGULAR_RED49.fbn
3) CustPack: the America 2 pack in XS++
-I downloaded the "tpa" folder but don't see any place to use my own custpacks. It only lists the ones it has in the dropdown box.

I hate to require so much hand holding since I build PC's for fun but this is my first journey into the world of phone firmware.
