Please help K550i unlocking and flashin problem....

Hello,

I am new to all this things, once I succeded to flash and unlock K770i, soo I took now friends k550i to unlock it and usin instructiones from this forum I flashed it to w610 but I did not unlock it, now I have soo many problems that I dont know where to start....

1) I did all that needed with files and jdflasher but executor will not start, I am always gettin message "operation failed"
2) When I try to do FS flash I am gettin message ".......................dcu_writedata time exceed"
3) When I try to unlock it from SeTools lite I have message "Trying to launch embedded bootloader...embedded flashloader not responds !"
etc etc....

Can anyone help me and lead me to right way, I am reading forum for days now, I find some solutions but I never get everything...
Actually phone is working soo I just need to remove network lock....
