C905 C key doesn't work

Hi
I'm trying to update firmware of my c905 but holding the C key doesn't connect the phone, is there any other methods or any alternate keys instead of the C key?
please help me, I really tuck with this phone

you need to change the flexi ribbon or the keypad membrane

@sweetmax when you switch on the phone,button C is working fine or not????
If it is working then take the needle and clean usb golden contacts on the phone connector,install driver then try again.You can also try to connect with 2+5 buttons.

Yes when phone is on the C button works. I cleaned golden contacts but still does't works. I try to update it and it need user to hold C key which is not working. 2 and 5 doesn't work neither. It automatically connect the phone to M2 memory card which is not reading it at all. no problem with usb drivers all is installed.

Download and install this driver: ggsetup-2.2.0.6.exe
Phone have to be OFF when you are conecting it.Remove sim and memory card from the phone.Shut down the phone and remove battery for 5-10 seconds then insert it back but don't switch it ON.Press and hold the C button(don't let go C)then insert USB cable into the phone,try few times but always remove battery for 5-6 seconds and try after that.

Before going to follow the procedure of satch1234.
1st open a2uploader.exe.
2nd press "Identify" button on a2uploader.
3rd follow the procedure of satch1234.

thanks guys, first my norton 360 blocked ggsetup, disabled it and followed the above steps. but phone starts at mass storage mode as usual. doesn't matter if I'm holding or not the C key it still start mass storage mode and it doesn't even allocate the storage.

Then take it to some repair/unlock shop.

Edit:do you use usb hub?if you have one don't use it and try to connect directly to usb port with usb cable,also try to replace cable and connect to another port.If it is same and you followed all instructions the only solution is repair shop.

thanks satch1234 for your help and time,, yes I used 3 different usb cable and plugged it directly, also changed ports too but still same result.

Then it is hardware problem so the only solution is some private repair/unlock shop or you can use it as it is.

Edit: can you try on another computer with drivers i posted you and can you detect any other SE phone on computer that you are using now?
