What sim card your daughter used?
From Serbia or some other country?
If she used sim card from Serbia then try to insert some other sim card,maybe your sim card chip is damaged.
Be shure you use new sim card with small chip.
If phone is locked in some other country then you should see "insert correct sim card" on display.
