What sim card your daughter used?
From Serbia or some other country?
If she used sim card from Serbia then try to insert some other sim card,maybe your sim card chip is damaged.
Be shure you use new sim card with small chip.
If phone is locked in some other country then you should see "insert correct sim card" on display.

Everything you said to me I know I've tried. The card is from Serbia, I tried three card provider, all right, but the phone behaves the same. My card I use on my phone, I just want to transfer the card to the hazel. I can not use daughter's card because he switched to one with a small chip, so Hazel can not factory reset. If you insert sim card correctly and always same problem then you can try to download Sony update service and update software in the phone,did you remove memory card from the phone? sometimes it is memory card problem.If same after that just take it to some private unlock/repair shop.
