xs++ problem crashing my pc

HI i am trying to install walkman skins and flash menues and themes on my w580i unlocked debranded phone db2020 cid 52
The problem is that when i make a directory in xs++ it asks me to unplug phone and reconnect so that the directory will be visible in xs++ .
So when i press shutdown and unplug my phone My pc crashes and restarts, so then i lose any work i did with xs++ and end up in a loop.

Also i have looked at some tuts here and on other sites, and they say another way is to put all my files in "files to upload" in my xs++ dir but no folder exists on my pc ??? do you have make this dir yourself?

But the main problem is my pc shutting down as soon as i unplug my phone from xs++

Ok all thanks for the flood of help i got here, but i dont need it, as i solved the problem.. it was my web cam drivers and w850 , and w580 pc suite usb drivers having a war. now i uninstall and just use windows default drivers. too many cooks spoil the broth ...too true.
