please help,i connect my phone (k850) using XS++, then the flash driver installed... when i use sfx funtions.. it says my phone not supported and my phone disconnected. when i connect back windows says that the flash driver cant installed.. why??

The k850 is a2 model
and the xs++ not have support for a2 model
you need it to use a2Tool or a2Uploader
