Patch to Stop beep on recording calls w850i

What is FS file? I mean if i want to re flash my phone, they say I need the main(Firmware?) and FS file. I have got the firmware but what is FS? I couldn't find the one for my phone.
Can u explain in simple steps how to re flash using setool2liteV1.11 ? because there are three options to choose a file:
1. Files
2. Firmware upgrade pack
3. MISC files
4. Restore file


So need to know where to upload which file



I uploaded 2 more patches in same order as given one by one. First one is obviously doesn't have anything visible action, but second one is working as it should.
