Can i use "Israel FS" for a phone in Australia?

I want to flash my w760i to the latest firmware update available, which is R3EM001.

However i can only find the following FS:
"W760_R3EM001_FS_ISRAEL_RED52.fbn"
to go along with the generic MAIN:
"W760_R3EM001_MAIN_GENERIC_DE_RED52.mbn"

My phone is to be used in Australia (APAC-ANZ) and i was wondering if it is safe to use the Israel FS?
Does it have any differences to the later and older APAC FS which will prohibit me from using it in Australia or even brick my phone?

And will it offer English language?

ok, so i found out that the Israel FS supported english and a whole bunch of other languages en - ar - az - fa - fr - tl - he - hi - ru

I went ahead and flashed it. Flash was completed successfully.
Now the following error is displayed on the phone
Configuration Error. Please contact your network operator or service center.

Which means i have to flash a custompack.
But there is no un-branded custompack matching the FS (Israel) that i can find.

Will the custompack "W760i_1215-5138_R7A_IL_Orange_Israel" be Orange branded?

Does the Custompack have to match the flashed FS?
Can i instead use this generic one?
W760i_1208-4014_R3A_Customized_Generic_LAM_(b)

^is that even generic or does LAM stand for the Americas?

edit: this is doing my head.. all i want is a generic non branded custompack :(

I edited the Israel Orange branded custompack myself and removed all the orange branding like the custom themes, start-up animations, sounds, java apps/games as well as all the preset Orange mms, wep, internet, email, dcom, license settings and templates.

I also changed a few setting values to the match up with the Telstra custompack so to ensure its good for use in Australia.

The end result gives you a nice un-branded generic custompack.

If that doesnt work, for what ever reason try this:
The only difference between the two is that the unnecessary files (gifs.mp3s.java) haven't been deleted in this one but the references to them within the xml files have still been removed so it should still give you and unbranded phone.
