i having a problem with my cell phone and makes reset. I want to reflash .. what files need to download; (I want GREEK LANGUAGE)

First of all, we need to know what is the problem with the phone. (brief characteristic of the phone)
In my view, i think your phone has a hardware problem "Phone type : K700" mainly LCD or the keypad membrane

the problem is open mobile and turn off.the lcd do not show nothing...
what can i do?

well then, you may try the above post to verify your problem, first try the keypad membrane and if not work, change lcd. If still doesn't work repair GDFS (need a qualified person to do this)
