Audio problems

Hello, I have a SE W200 and it only work the right channel when I use earphones. It is not the cable so it must be the fastport or the circuit. I cleaned the fastport and nothing changed. I cah recharge it. I asked in the service and the prices to repair anything are expensive. Any idea on what to do before I send it to repair? Thanks.

the only thing you could try on your own is to flash your phone with the latest firmware available, if it still fails then probably it would be the fastport or the earphone track, may be the missing track from the audio amplifier to the earphone track. In that case you need to go to a service centre.

It turned out it was the hands free cable. I went to a service and they told me they never had a case in which audio worked for any one channel and they thought it wasn´t the phone. So they tried another cable (I had tried one anew in another service) and it worked. New cables can be failed it seems.
