Need help on my w800i! = <

i have here a se w800i.ya see,im just a noob in flashing.i tried to connect my phone my laptop coz in want to put camdrivers on it using a dcu-60 cable,but the laptop doesnt detect my phone,but it charges,also xs++ wont detect my phone either.why so?it only charges but doesnt detect my phone.could anybody help me on this.ive been trying it for 3 months now.but its still same,only charges.

And windows is not detecting my phone,it doesnt say "new hardware found"or anything.how can i install drivers if it doesnt detect my phione?please help..
