Can anyone please tell me whats the difference between FS and Main? do I have to get both or just one? also.. WHY IS THERE NO JAPANESE ???

Firmware has two parts:

You MUST have both when you update your phone. And they must be the same version.
You should read the SonyEricsson Hardware and Firmware Definitions thread, it's very useful...
