camera problem in w595

when i use camera in w595 a message displays stating "press 0 for help" and phone hangs.plzzzzz tell me how to fix this problem and for how much time i have to press c button while using updating service.

you have to hold c button, when you are asked to press it, and hold it till the update process or flash process starts.

i guess your problem is with the Camera device or may be flexible ribbon. You may also try flashing your phone with the latest version. Here is a tutorial on How to Flash your phone : A2-DB3150 Flashing
or you may try Omnius.
