How can I flash K700i? The USB cable is not delivered with the package...

I don't think you could do it with normal data usb cable for k700i. Instead you need to buy a cruiser 4 in 1 cable or a serial cable for T28 - service model. Or if you can find one of this: DSS-20 or DSS-25, they also work with SEUS.

you can flash your phone with t28 data cable and semctool.
but first you need to modify your cable.

In my opinion , the easiest and cheapest procedure is

1- buy T28 serial cable .

2- use free Usbsmart SEMC 8.4 or Setool 2G
