Need help with a P900 if you don't mind.

I'm having a bit of trouble figuring this all out. I bought a SE P900 locked to Vodafone UK, was hoping it would just be a simple IMEI remote jobby I could generate for free...

So, I've tried SEMCtool, which doesn't work at all on my PC, SETOOL2LT, which doesn't support the phone, and UltimateUnlocker, which has a P990 but doesn't seem to recognise the phone when I connect it to the docking station that came with it.

Do I need specialised cables or is there a better piece of software I could use?

Hi,From my experience i suggest you not to go for hardware or software unlocking since it may have data lose and its not the safe way to unlock your mobile...the best way to unlock your mobile is by unlock codes..once i got unlock code for my mom's mobile from here Wicked Unlock.com - Unlocking the Sony Ericsson P900 mobile phone and unlocked her mobile safely without any problem..can try unlocking with unlock codes and get it done safely..
