Hi all,
Im trying to debrand a c903 in Australia (optus) and cant find APAC-ANZ FS files. Does it matter if i just use a file from another country?
Am i right in saying that the custom pack file needed has to match the FS file country?

use omnius it's free. you can download main and fs for your region from omnius download section
