sony t630 unlock

Hello guys is there any possible way to unlock my old sony phone?The problem is that i forgot my phone lock code and now i can't start the phone.
I tryed omnius,xs++,and many other programs but no program supports t630
I believe that must be some way,I have a data usb cable boughted from ebay.

USB Data Cable (DCU-11) doesn't support connect in Flash mode, you need DSS-20/25 base or Service cable and SEMCtool.

can you pm me any site that has a dss-20/25 cable found nothing on ebay....

DSS-20 or DSS-25 is not a cable, it's a Desktop Base...
You can search for T-28 Total Multiserver cable.

thanks gil i allready have two of those cables boughted from the ebay,but when i use them in windows 7,in the devixe manager is showing <<usb serial controller>> there was no drivers with the cables.Have any clue?what drivers i need?and ok if i found he drivers what then?still need some prorgram to use that supports old sony phones.
