I couldn't increase or decrease the volume using the side volume button in my w580i.Think the hw had failed..

Is there any other keys which can help me increase the volume ??

When you apply patch "Additional Shortcuts in WALKMAN" you can change volume by 2 and 8 when in WALKMAN ( WALKMAN on top )

I've told you already, patch is called Walkman shortcuts, or something like that. Go and look around for.
