Z558i IMEI name does not match GDFS name (IMEI:Z558 GDFS:n/a)

I have problem with Z558i, it's completely dead.

any one can help me, some body said it's GDFS problem but i don't have GDFS back up for this phone, and i Don't have setool boox for repairing this problem..
or it could be hardware problem ( like IC flash or something like that )..

I only have free program ( like setool2 lite , XS++ or Farmnager )..

Help please....
