first off let me say this is a great site I got a lot info from here :cool:

anyways what I'm trying to find out is if anyone could help, i'm fresh off the boat new at this programing the phone with the computer stuff. I just bought a w580i and the ear volume when talking really sucks, I can hardly hear the person im talking with :(
