Well, there are firmware for CID36:
W800_R1BD001_MAIN_EU_1_CA_RED36
W800_R1BD001_FS_EMEA_1_RED36
W800i_CDA102430_1_R2A_Generic_EMEA_1
If yours is CID49 you must search for CID49 firmware or you must downgrade to CID36 using paid methods like D-Ultimate Unlocker, SE Tool Box, etcetera...
