This will also give you en - sq - bg - hr - fr - de - el - it - ro - ru, keep in mind that you will lose your facebook app.
You are going to need Omnius, FW and LP.
You flash them with Omnius and choose to perform default customization "Generic Adriatic"
After that perform a master reset.
