SE w550i white screen problem

dear bros, my SE W550i since last 03 years, suddenly went on white screen last week. There is no screen images at all. As I searched over net, some suggested to use SE
tools or XS++ but both of them did not recognise my phone. Thereby I could not proceed further. Please help me in this regard to rectify and resolve my problem step by step. Thanks & awaiting response soon. PN Jha, India
