hello guys i have read some things and i haven't understand how to do it.
please guide me through like u are talking to a retard (i am not one lol, but i dont have any idea how these things work) thanks in advance :)

Your phone is CID81 (A2uploader work with CID52 and CID53, but NOT with CID81 phones) !!!
You must use Omnius, only debranding (flashing) is FREE for A2 platform (db3.... phones). From Omnius page you can download CID81 files for your W995.

is this something serious and i have to re-flash it?

Do not worry! You must tell them - otherwise how will understand.
Upgrading via SEUS is equivalen of flashing.

ok, thanks again senter! :)
i will flash it again later, because now my phone's battery is at 13% and its his first use so i dont want to charge it from now.. i will wait to be completly uncharged then charge it.
