help after seus update my w950 dead

hi 2 all :)

i was having some problems with w950 in writing sms messages
key 5 was not able to write letters(jkl)
only in sms on the internet browser was all ok
so i reset phone to factory settings but same problem continued to bugg me out
so i decide to update phone software with official SEUS soft
all started normal as usual then at the end i was get this (Error : Update Failed)
then i try to switch phone on but only keyboard lights are on and faint dark screen
so i try to update again but now it says my phone have latest soft and cannot be updated :(


3 days i search for answers on various forums
and here i read all topics about w950 but nothing helps
then i found this XS++
and i do not know what to do now
i'm new at this and i don't have any flash files
but i also don't know where to find them
a found various pay sites but i'm don't wanna pay few €
to find out there is no help for my w950
