[a2_fout_ssw] can't get NET header

Almost every single time, a2uploader will be stuck at the 450 blocks mark and there are the odd 500s and 1000s, but never will the program flash the firmware into my phone completely. Either the "can't get net header" or "can't get ACK" quote will appear whenever it is stuck.

I was wondering what went wrong. Utterly frustrated as I have been slogging my guts out for the past few days with no results. I have tried almost every method in the book such as using latest firmware(R3EG004), taking out the battery and putting back, and holding 2+5 or C. Can anyone please enlighten me? I don't want to spend bucks to get the thing fixed :(
