I have finaly found a real solution for the problem!
The trick is to change the CDA article to 1241-5301 and the CDA version to R3A.
That are the default CDA values for the Generic ADRIATIC software version.
The other fields can be left empty or filled with your actual information (from the identify log).
From that point you can use Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS, and not PC Companion).
Update your phone to the latest software and you will have all applications and settings intact.
