W810i CID50 unlocking

Can anyone help me unlock a W810i Cid 50? I have Setool lite and X++. I tried flashing W810i with X++ and it just turns the program off. Manage to flash it with Setool lite and it sorted out white flashing screen but tried to patch it and it just came up error. As I've been reading it seems you can't patch a Cid 50 is there anyway of unlocking it for free.

I had a few of these and tried many various methods and none worked. The only thing that did the job was Omnius. Unfortunately Omnius is now a low priced but paid service. Still worth using.

If yours is vodaphone locked voda will send you the unlock code free. If not you have to pay.

Generally though cid50's seem to be locked to t-mobile and virgin.

No it locked to orange, How much is the charge to have it unlocked by Omnius?

The charge is for 24 hours use not per phone, so if you have more than one phone it works out very cheap.

Nearly forgot to add, One drawback with the w810i and similar models is you need a fighter type cable to unlock. The standard usb one won't work.

I got a UC10 type cable with a usb connector from ebay for around £6.

Will Omnius be able to unlock Cid53 as I have 2 W580i which have Cid53 on and does it have to be a fighter cable or will a cruiser cable do or are they the same. The Cable where you connect the 9v Battery and do I need the firmware?
