first fully flash your phone and if the problem persist, then there is some short component on the phone. send it to a service center

I've flashed to version R1FA037 (the newest),but still haven't satisfactory result
Unfortunately ,the warranty exceed :(

Disable 3G mode from Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Mobile networks > GSM/3G networks > Only GSM

I allway turn off 3G mode because i do'nt use it :(
