W610i XS++ HELP!!

Hi so ive got my own custom pack but in these instructions i am reading it says
Extract the CDA zip or rar file. You will get a folder called tpa.
Create a folder called own_custpack in XS++ dir.
Copy the tpa folder with its contents into own_custpack folder
Like this C:\XS++\own_custpack\tpa\
Now connect your phone to XS++
Check customize file system option.
In phone model choose own_cusptack option as phone model.
Click Flash

HOW DO I CRETE A FOLDER CALLED OWN_CUSTPACK in XS++ dir? how do ig et there??? really need help thanks
