SE W610i Flashing help! Please!

Hi everyone

So ive got my Sony Ericsson W610i
and everytime it turns on it says
"configuration error.please contact your service provider"
i dont know how this has happened but i have read every where that i need to flash it!

I just dont know how! Everyone talks about CDA packs and FS files? How do i find these? as there is none in New Zealand

i really want to get my phone working again!

thanks but im am using SETool2lite and i put it in the Firmware upgrade pack slot and then when all the loading and stuff gets to executing CS FS startup it says that there has been a fatal eror

is there anything i am missing i have downloaded SETool2lite and unpraged the usb drive and then i go to do this and it doesnt work? help please ive been trying to fix my phone for so long.
