w980 flashing error

Hello..
I got problem when flash my w980 phone..
Problem when flash FS file..
i used W980_R3DA028_FS_APAC-ANZ_RED52.fbn
before that, i used W980_R3DA028_FS_S-ASIA-LEVAN_RED52.fbn to flash..

and same problem come..

may this is a flash ic problem, if you are a technician you may try reheating the flash ic lightly with liquid flux and then try again.
