flashing T700 to hk firmware

I'm using a T700 from Belgium and want to flash it to hk firmware so I can read and write chinese sms to firends.
which firmware fs-main and custumfile do I have to use ?

Use this: T700_1214-6840_R4A_Customized_India - from Downloads > Custom Files > t700custpack

Then make this:
