Rollback firmware with TMS on W810i?

I used SEUS to update my W810i but the bluetooth functions are poor with my Car Radio after the update. So now I want to rollback/downgrade the firmware. Called SE and they said it's not possible, are they right? Can TMS perform this rollback/downgrade?
R4DB005 is installed on the W810i right now.

How do I install the drivers for the DCU-60 cable? The phone and cable is already installed on normal use, how do I make so I can select it in the TMS program?

go to wotanserver.com and get the information about downloading FLASH plugin.

then get xs++ (google it)
find in Forums under TUTORIALS how to connect your phone to XS++ and get readout from your phone like the following

- CID (number)

- Firmware version (example R1GB001)

- Customization (CDA number)

if you are lucky, maybe downgrading your firmware is possible. just get those 3 things and post them here.

rollback firmware is nothing but flashing correct software with corect cid and fs and cust package of your region. check in top sony downloads for firmwares.
