well here is my problem and solution to this.
1st thanks for the answer on image properties
The crutial thing is that u have to remove te ".gif" extension in order for this to work.
2nd u dont have to use cust packs.The other way for this to work (i might made a mistake on the folders)
is to upload via xs++ into the same dir as the original images and it just
overwrites the old ones.
