probleme with flash theme

i have a w810 , a few days ago i flashed it .

now i tried to upload some flash themes , i did it exactly as told on a tutorials with XS++

but when i tried to apply a flash themes , i got a mesage , file damaged or corrupted , something like that but then on swedish ( am from sweden).

now i wonder , why it didn't work , is it possibly that my phone is'nt flashed, or what could the problem be ??

If you got a file corrupted message than it's got nothing to do with firmware flashing.
1. Your phone must have clean generic firmware
2. You must upload .swf file (lets be precise: flash menu only, not theme) to specific folder in phone's file system
3. You must edit the theme you wish to use so that it points to specific .swf file, to flash menu which is going to be connected to selected theme

i know where to upload the files , i've watched some xs++ tutorials. but how does that clean generic firmware work ? i don't know much about phone stuff , sorry for all the questions.

It's important that your phone is not customized for any network (o2, vodafone...) because flash menu won't work then. For example I use W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 from Downloads section as main

well i have the same : W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49
so what could be the problem ? is it that i have the wrong theme file , maybe that one that i have downloaded is for another phone ?

Maybe that theme file is simply corrupted, try another, you have a bunch in Downloads. Anyway you'll have to edit each theme so that it points to specific flash menu file (those flash menu files that you have uploaded via xs++). You have tutorial here somewhere how to do it, it's easy and quick

yeah thnx , the files were just corrupted , i downloaded some of topsony , now they are working :)

hey,, i'm using k850 with optus zoo brand,, i have a flash themes installed but didn't appear as flash themes,, juz normal appearaence.. i wonder if i debrand my phone the flash themes would work? i've a bad hairday...
