Help Me!! How unlock, flash and Debrand Sony Ericsson S500i

I write from Italy. Can you help me to debrand, flash and unlock my S500i. My S500i is lock by Rip Curl (France), and i will change language from italian.I try with XS++ 3.1 but don't work. Sorry my bad English.
