w810i low volume for incoming calls

    Guys

when I recieve a call on my W810i the volume of the voice at the other end is really really low,
I tried to increase the call volume and tried resetting the phone to factory settings but the problem still wont go away.
My current software version is CXC1250316 R4DB005 SONY ERICSSON.
    Please help.
(i am tinkering with the idea of uploading new sound drivers using xs++,i have downloaded xs++ and far manager now i need are the instructions for doing this. This is my line of thought)
Guys please help me with this problem and please give your inputs and suggestion.
Your help with the same will be highly appreciated.
Kindly give me a step by step instruction for whatever idea you guys come up with.
    Thanks and Regards
    Justin
