W580i Problem

Managed to get a nice W580i off a friend.
however the loudspeaker is extremely quiet if
playing music, you have to put your ear up to it
to hear it the tiniest bit...

So i bought a new speaker off eBay as there cheap, Fitted and
I still have the same problem.

as I haven't had the phone from new I'm unaware of anything
that may have been done to it before hand.

this is what comes up when i plug it into XS++ if it helps...
