any idea on how to unlock this phone?

Had already try to debrand without any success.
Tried this method : How to debrand SE T715a

but only resulted as :

after that I tried to use this software "A2Uploader_CID53 " but when I open the A2uploader.exe , window says it cannot access specified device, path, or file. any idea on how to unlock?
