Update via SEUS.

it's software fault, you can update with seus or far /and with other tools, like setool, cruiser, etc. Remember to backup evrything include gdfs.

GDFS restore if you have GDFS backup before when your phone work fine. Cann't use other GDFS - because it will kill your phone!
With Omnius can downgrade to CID52, then with Setool can apply GDFS scprit to read secure units from phone.
