j220i blue screen????

i have a j220i it show only blue screen . i change lcd same problem but i want to make flash in se tool it not
boot pls help me what i am do

make sure you can turn off the phone (not software fault). if phone hang in blue screen you must flash it first.

but if hardware fault, try to check this
