First: Main (*.mbn)
Second: File System (*.fbn)
Thirdly: CDA (Custom file it's *.zip archive)

When you flash File System (FS) must do custimize on File System with CDA file (*.zip archive).

Maybe GDFS problem - go to service center.

Flash files will not open in powerpoint but can be inserted in powerpoint.
A web browser like Mozilla firefox will open the flash files.
Try Right clicking > Open With > Choose a web browser.
