    Question problem with w800I

    hi.. i have a problem with my w800i.. one day. it startet to reboot itself.. when it gets the signal from my provider...

    theres nothing u can do about it.. always every minute reboots itself.. can you help me?? in my provider customer service said that it has no way to get it fixed.. and my sony guarantee has expired...
    waht can I do? i tried to update the frimware.. but nothing happend with the new one.. whts going on with it??

    What is your firmware? Try to update to the latest firmware (same CID with your phone off course). Or try to update your EROM. You can get it in download area or try using WOTANSERVER, it's free

    the cause may be that the SIM is not installed properly, or if it is old and you use it in many other phones, the contact parts may be wornout so, you better get a new SIM, it happens...

    try to flash your phone with phone xs

    Well there may be a hardware problem since you have tried all possible things such as fimware update. Try checking the sim card, try inserting a sim card and if the problem exists again then maybe the hardware is the main problem. Even if your warranty is expired then have it checked to your Sony Service Center but they will charge you for that.
