    Yes I followed all the instructions it still gives that error.

    Clean phone connector with wooden toothpick. For you may be is funny, but this method works fine.

    it still does not work is there anyway to flash the CID 49 & make this phone turn on at least then, upgrade to 52 then Flash?

    Try update via SEUS.

    yeah I tried that, that was the first thing I did when I had this problem never helped.....even now, what do you think phone completely gone?

    Edit sorry I thought you meant the PC suite, anyway I tried the update but "the phone is already up to date"
