C905 - Help with flashing

My c905, when turned on shows the SE logo and then goes black. I'm trying to flash it, but need help in doing so. I read the tutorial on this website Tutorial: Flashing A2 phones but I do not understand where to get the MAIN and FS files (whatever that is).

Use these files:

1. C905_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_SI_RED53 (Downloads > Firmware > C905 > R1FA035_RED53)
2. C905_R1FA035_FS_WESTERN-EUROPE_RED53 (Downloads > Firmware > C905 > R1FA035_RED53)
3. C905_1209-4774_R5A_GENERIC_WESTERN-EUROPE (Downloads > Custom Files > c905custpack)

And make this:
