SE w880i Update by SEUS ( PLEASE HELP )

Hello, i really need your help. my english is very bad. im from estonia. okay, now lets go to the title.

I want update my mobile phone, but i can, because , i follow all thats steps, what SEUS needs, then come hardware error , seus flash device or something is not installed and not work proparelly(wrong word i think) . Last time when i turn on the phone then i want play games , then come " operation failed ". then one friend tell me , " do master reset " or something, then i do , and then my language is gone , only english is. Please help me to do this. I really need that.. :) Please ..
