    forgot pin

    hi all my wife has the vivaz,she has put wrong pin in 3 times and its locked up,does anyone know how to unlock it please........thanks

    PIN is not related with the phone, it's relation is with the SIM card. contact your service provider for unlocking the simcard

    Search your PUK to set new PIN. Somewhere in the papers.
